What’s the last piece of clothing you bought?

A pair of skinny black jeans from New Look. I have about 20 pairs of jeans, but the cut on these was so good I couldn’t resist.

What are you addicted to buying?

A girl can never have too many shoes. I like to keep my heels and my standards high. My favourites are my classic black Louboutins. I also recently bought a pair of nude heels from Missguided and have lived in them since.

Best ever bargain?

My vintage Chanel dress which I bought in a charity shop in Edinburgh last year for £20. The thing I love about vintage clothes is knowing that the piece had a life before you and you’re now part of its history.

Who has great style?

I like people who use style to make statements. The fashion designer Daniel Lismore lives his fashion. My favourite designer has to be Alexander Mcqueen. The drama of his catwalk shows still inspires and fascinates me.

Name your favourite high street shop.

Zara. I love the style and the cut on the dresses always seems to fit my figure really well.

Any fashion disasters you’d care to tell us about?

The 90s may have seen me in a lot of neon Spandex and I once wore a pair of sheer bell-bottoms that were attached to hot pants. More of a fashion crime than disaster.

What’s your favourite item in your wardrobe?

My red Rhonda’s Revenge pencil dress from online shop British Retro. Their dresses fit my curves in all the right places and make every day feel like a red carpet event. n
