Robinson on target twice for leaders

Iain Robinson scored a goal in each half as Marine Harvest Premiership leaders Newtonmore enjoyed a 2-0 derby win over Kingussie at The Dell, writes Alasdair Bruce.

There was further joy for ’More as nearest challengers Kinlochshiel lost 4-1 to Oban Camanachd at Mossfield. Ali Nixon gave Shiel the lead but Oban hit back through Connor Howe, with a double, Andrew Maccuish and Daniel Macvicar.

Kyles Athletic go third in the table after beating Skye Camanachd 4-0 courtesy of a double from Colin Macdonald and goals by Ross Macrae and Scott Macdonald.

Glasgow Mid Argyll went third in the Marine Harvest National Division after fighting back three times to draw 3-3 with league leaders Kilmallie at Yoker.
