Young fan hit by flying vodka bottle at match

A young Aberdeen FC fan was struck by a flying vodka bottle during Sunday’s match against Rangers.

Police are now investi - gating the incident. It is believed the bottle was thrown from within the Rangers support at Pitto - drie Stadium, so on after Aberdeen equalised in the 1-1 draw. The boy who was hit by the bottle did not receive any serious injuries. Officers have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
