TLT advises Blackfinch on Scottish wind project

Law firm TLT has advised Black finch Investments on its acquisition of a wind project in Scotland.

The firm also gave advice to banking group Santander, which provided project finance to partfund the deal.

In January, TLT, which has offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, announced it had advised Santander on the UK’S first debt funding facility for energy storage worth £28.5 million.
