On the waterfront: Savills appointment is another step forward for Glasgow project

Peel Lifestyle Outlets has appointed property adviser Savills to its planned £100 million mixeduse development at Glasgow Harbour as moves to rejuvenate the Clyde waterfront gather pace. The 350,000 square feet Lifestyle Outlets Glasgow Harbour is the next phase of the city’s waterfront regeneration project and aims to create a major new leisure destination on the banks of the Clyde, as well as thousands of associated retail and construction jobs. The appointment of Savills and Johnstone Property follows the recent submission of a planning application.
