Man arrested at train station over haul of heroin

A man has been arrested at Dundee Railway Station for carrying a stash of heroin.

The 37-year-old was found in possession of just under £20,000 of the drug last Friday.

He was due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court yesterday.

Police Scotland said in a statement they were “committed to reducing the tragic impact of drugs on individuals, families and communities”.
