Glaswegian firm chosen for advisory position

A Glasgow asset management firm has been appointed strategic adviser at a high-profile business park in the city housing firms including Clyde Space and Capita.

Resonance Capital has been selected by Hermes Investment Management regarding the 560,000 square foot Skypark site, which comprises six buildings and 4,000 workers.

The asset manager recently advised Hermes Investment Management on the purchase of Skypark from Hudson Lone Star.

Angela Higgins, joint founder of Resonance Capital and Skypark’s strategic lettings adviser, said the asset manager had “bucked the trend” by securing a strong pipeline of projects.
