Exciting times

Molde proved one obstacle too many for Hibs to overcome, though the three-goal aggregate win flattered the Norwegians. However, the fans have had exciting European nights, and the club will have benefited financially, so it has been a more than worthwhile venture into Europe.

We could have suffered our second defeat in four days on Sunday, but eventually came through against Ross County. It has been a hallmark of the team under Neil Lennon that they keep playing right to the final whistle, and that attitude bore fruit once again. However, we are unlikely to get away with such a below-par performance this weekend, when Aberdeen visit. With a near full house, these remain exciting times to be a Hibs supporter.
