Man in hospital after crashing off country road

A man had to be cut from his car after losing control of the vehicle on a Scottish country road.

The incident happened on the A82 at Bridge of Orchy in Argyll and Bute about 6:40am yesterday.

Police said the man had to be freed from the wreckage of the vehicle by firefighters with hydraulic cutting equipment.

He was taken to Fort William Hospital, but his condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
