Kilmarnock sign Stewart on loan from Birmingham

Kilmarnock have signed Greg Stewart on a seasonlong loan from Birmingham. Subject to international clearance, the 28-yearold attacker could make his debut in Saturday’s Ladbrokes Premiership clash against Aberdeen at Pittodrie, where he spent last season on loan. Stewart said: “I feel I can bring goals and assists and I’m looking forward to enjoying my football again. ”

St Johnstone have signed 18-year-old midfielder Tristan Nydam on loan from Ipswich until January. The England Under-19 international featured in Ipswich’s first team last season but has not played in the current campaign. Nydam’s introduction is timely, given midfielder Murray Davidson is set to undergo ankle surgery tomorrow. The 30-year-old was injured in the 1-0 Premiership win at home to Dundee on Saturday.
