Police appeal for information over murder attempt

Detectives have renewed an appeal for information around the attempted murder of a 59 year old man in Glasgow.

The attack took place in the Govan area at about 7:20pm last Saturday on Riverview Place where it meets with Riverview Drive.

The victim remains in Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he is being treated for serious injuries. Medical staff have described his condition as stable.
