The SNP at every turn want to step away from UK rule, and always declare no interest in RUK legal process unless it matches their own embittered agenda – you only need to see the arguments put forward for the return of EU powers to UK rule the SNP wanted devolved, even though they were never devolved previously and there is no logical sense in dividing many.
