Looking east: Glasgow’s KCAL Kitchen snaps up restaurant site in Edinburgh

Cornerstone Business Agents, the specialist licenced trade property firm, has let the former Raj Restaurant premises in the Leith area of Edinburgh to an established operator from Glasgow looking to push east. Alasdair Macdonald, business sales manager at Cornerstone, who handled the sale on behalf of the owners, said: “Leith is always a very popular trading location and it is no surprise that we organised in excess of 20 viewings on this site before finalising our agree ment with KCAL Kitchen from Glasgow.” The final rental details have not been disclosed.
