Pupils play lead in developing sport

A team of 16 secondary school pupils are playing a lead role in a series of Sportscotland Young Ambassador conferences which will help shape the sporting landscape for young people in Scotland.

The pupils, who make up the Young Ambassador Conference Team, will deliver the national Young Ambassador programme, which helps develop young people as leaders in sport. Conferences are in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Inverness and Perth this month.

Winning numbers in Saturday night’s Lotto draw were 7, 19, 33, 34, 52 and 53, with bonus ball 48.
