New tenant for North-east office

Estate agent Savills, on behalf of Hermes Investment Management, has secured a new letting at The Exchange on Market Street in Aberdeen to Norwegian shipping company Solstad Farstad.

The latter has signed a ten-year lease on part of the third floor of Exchange No.1, extending to about 4,700 square feet, and sees the firm relocate from The Salvesen Tower at Blaikies Quay.
