Care home must shape up or have licence cancelled
A care home in East Dunbartonshire has been warned it could have its registration cancelled unless it makes significant improvements to its service.
The Care Inspectorate has served a formal improvement notice on Clachan of Campsie House in Lennoxtown following a complaint investigation that raised serious concerns.
The notice lists six areas needing urgent improvementby 30 october, including staffing levels, skills, qualifications, knowledge and experience, and staff recruitment.
