Care home must shape up or have li­cence can­celled

A care home in East Dun­bar­ton­shire has been warned it could have its regis­tra­tion can­celled un­less it makes sig­nif­i­cant im­prove­ments to its ser­vice.

The Care In­spec­torate has served a for­mal im­prove­ment no­tice on Clachan of Camp­sie House in Len­nox­town fol­low­ing a com­plaint in­ves­ti­ga­tion that raised se­ri­ous con­cerns.

The no­tice lists six ar­eas need­ing urgent im­prove­mentby 30 oc­to­ber, in­clud­ing staffing lev­els, skills, qual­i­fi­ca­tions, knowl­edge and ex­pe­ri­ence, and staff re­cruit­ment.
