Fly-tipping shame

Fly-tipping is out of control, and with prosecutions few and far between the problem will only get worse.

The SNP administration should recognise that the Scottish Environment Protection Agency are not set up to police the problem properly and should transfer responsibility back to Police Scotland, who are better equipped to bring prosecutions to the courts for sentencing.
