the ultimate vote that is way better than another referendum – an election with a Labour victory.

Unlikely, given Labour trails the Tories in the polls despite the dismal quality of the PM and present government.

This talk of a “people’s” vote tells us all we need to know about this policy. If they need spin and deflection to carry the policy it is a dud! The Brexit referendum was a people’s vote and dressing another up as anything else but a rerun is a simpleminded con.

Predictably, politically correct , badly acted garbage.

It wasn’t really that good, in truth. Killing Eve, which has been running in tandem with Bodyguard was cleverer, better acted and plotted, with moments of real dark humour.

Another brilliant drama by the writer of Line of Duty, spoilt a bit by the current obsession to always be thinking about the possibility of a second series. Thoroughly enjoyed it though, always remembering of course that it is a fictional drama, with some obvious diversion from reality.

We should all be “blown away” by this series. Why, because everyone in the media told us to be.while it started pretty well, by the time it ended I was sick of Budd’s girning face. The plot was not fiction, it was fantasy and the acting seemed to be done by use of facial contortions and little else. The last episode was so contrived I think the author must have let his six-year-old daughter finish it off for him.
