Cars rammed as gang targets two men in suburb

A gang have rammed their cars into vehicles driven by two men in Glasgow in a targeted attack.

Detectives are appealing for information following the large-scale disturbance in the city’s Stepps area on Monday about 5:25pm.

Local residents in Mossbank Avenue called police to report an incident where two men – one in a silver Audi Q7 and the other in a blue Volkswagen Touareg – were being targeted by a group of up to eight men.

The suspects were ramming the victims’ cars with other vehicles, which included a dark coloured Range Rover Evoque.
