Saturday summed up this group of players in a nutshell. To go to Tynecastle and face a Hearts side with five wins from five was always going to be tough, but this team relish a challenge. We stopped the Jambos from scoring and ended their 100 per cent record thanks to some incredible performances at the back and in midfield.

Opposition fans and pundits are starting to believe that Livi are the real deal now, and it’s about time we were given some well-deserved praise. We welcome Rangers on Sunday – an extremely tough test – but they will have a battle on their hands. Yes, we’re a point clear of Celtic and sit fourth with the same points as Rangers and Hibs, but we’re also 11 points clear of lastplaced Dundee, which is incredible.
