-

Two detached showhomes have been launched at David Wilson Homes’ Heritage Grange development, close to Liberton and Alnwickhill in the south of Edinburgh.

Both have four bedrooms and are the first of a new range of house styles for the company.

Anne Ross, sales director for David Wilson Homes East Scotland, comments: “Our new house types reflect how people today want to live – with lots of light, airy spaces and large windows.

“Our kitchen areas in particular are larger and offer an open-plan feel, with dining and seating areas.”

Both styles have four bedrooms. The Brechin has a spacious dual-aspect lounge, study, downstairs lavatory, utility room and large open-plan kitchen dining room.

Upstairs the master bedroom is also dual-aspect and includes a Juliet balcony and ensuite, three further double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Decorated in calming neutral tones of greys and whites throughout, the Brechin has pinks, greens and blues to provide accent colours.

The second showhome is the Colville with an integrated double garage, twin-windowed lounge,
