Police question motives of man in pick-up truck

Police are hunting for information after a girl was approached by a man in a red pick-up vehicle in Stonehaven.

The incident happened about 4pm on Monday on the A957 Slug Road between William Mackie Road and East Glebe.

The girl was walking in the rain with an umbrella. She was offered a lift, but chose to keep walking. Police want to check the man’s motives were not suspicious.
