Man banned from going near primary school

Police officers yesterday measured the distance between a primary school and a man’s home after he was accused of carrying out a sex act nearby.

Adelbert Bredau has been banned from going within 100 metres of the school after it was confirmed he lived just 128 metres from the gates.

Bredau, 47, appeared in the dock at Perth Sheriff Court to face a charge of public indecency by masturbating in his car near Balhousie Primary School in Perth.

Bredau denies the charge and a trial was set for January.
