#PEOPLESVOTEMARCH

More than 20 celebrities have signed up to pay for people across Britain to travel to London for free to attend a march in support of a referendum on the final Brexit deal.

@jamorley1 said: “Many a #remainer now realises they were misled. It makes good sense to think again. Come and join the March in London on October 20 2018 – meet at midday by the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane.”

@shrimptony posted: “Ukip × austerity × Tories × insular nationalism x right wing media = Hate/selfishness not Love! We can fight back, starting with binning Brexit!”

@Jamal_barry stated: “This dog’s dinner #Brexit isn’t what anyone ordered. The only way we can clear up this mess is a #Peoplesvote. Join our #Peoplesvotemarch for the Future on October 20 to demand a #Peoplesvote.”

@Kevinmitch76ell said: “Fill the streets. Bring the stickers. Leave the message. The whole country is cheering a #Peoplesvote on. We will win, because we will never stop – the leavers will simply die of old age.”

#INDYREF2

A majority of Scots say Holyrood should have the right to decide on holding a fresh referendum on independence, a new poll suggests.

@_Danparis said: “New poll – 59% of Scots believe Holyrood should have the final say on holding an independence referendum. Only 30% believe Westminster should decide. Unionist parties who want to stand in the way of democracy are not just wrong but on the wrong side of public opinion.”

@Holyroodtom added: “Keith Brown is getting #SNP18 delegates to chant ‘yes we can’ in front of the word ‘hope’ – this is very Obama-esque sloganeering.”

@arthurfaeleith tweeted: “We don’t need EU 2nd referendum to get indyref2. Scotland already voted for it. The only thing we need is for Westminster to start recognising the democratic will of Scotland and the UK’S voters.”

@Azarelscott said: “Who the hell is the 30 per cent [supporting Westminster]? Why do they want another country’s government dictating terms to the sovereign people of Scotland? It’s disgusting. No wonder all those countries that broke free of Westminster have never once begged to rejoin the UK.”
