Heart of Midlothian Reasons to be positive
When Hearts went 3-0 down after half an hour at Ibrox it looked like we might have to fundamentally reappraise our prospects this season. Taking the whole game in context, however, the players recovered and won a second half played mostly a man short, which suggests resilience.
All three goals were avoidable and had we taken our early chances things might have been very different. Rangers have a fantastic home record, not many teams will take anything there. We are still top of the league and back at Tynecastle after the international break. We have some challenges trying to accommodate some very good players, like Arnaud Djoum not being deployed in his best position, but these are the consequences of such a strong squad.
