Stewart Milne Homes has opened the doors to a showhome at Countesswells, Aberdeen, part of a show village at Regency Place, allowing viewers to walk through six different house types to get a real feel for the choice of properties on offer.

The latest addition is a four-bedroomed Hampsfield with interior design by Norma Day from Interiors @ Home.

The layout is built around the kitchen as the main living area. Stretching the entire length of the property, the room encompasses room for seating, a breakfast bar, concealed laundry zone with direct access to the garden as well as a dining area with French doors leading out to the garden.

The developer offers the option to separate the dining room, giving buyers a bit of flexibility to suit their own tastes.

The house also has a spacious living room with a walk-in bay window.

Of the four bedrooms, the master ensuite is complete with a shower and walk-in wardrobes and the guest bedroom also has ensuite facilities.

John Low, managing director of Stewart Milne Homes, said: “The launch of the Hampsfield brings the total number of homes
