Murder accused told call handler: ‘I’ve killed her, I didn’t mean to do it’
A murder accused phoned the emergency services and confessed he had killed his former fiancée, a court heard yesterday.
Frazer Neil, 25, was heard crying and repeatedly said to the call handler: “I didn’t mean to do it.”
He was recorded saying “I’ve killed her” and gave Hannah Dorans’ name, and claimed he was going to kill himself.
Pc Gary Stout described seeing a woman in a bedroom, who was cold to the touch, and performed CPR until paramedics were on the scene.

Neil, Stevenson Avenue, Edinburgh, is on trial at the High Court in Glasgow accused of raping and murdering 21-year-old Miss Dorans at a flat in Hutchison Road, Edinburgh, on 11 February 2017.
It is alleged that he raped Miss Dorans, then placed a cord or similar ligature round it and strangled her.
He is also accused of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards Miss Dorans, from Dalkeith, between January 2016 and February 2017, by sendingherabusivemessages, monitoring her online access and taking her bank card away from her and removing £1,000 from her bank account.
