My intoleranc­e of any form of animal cruelty is high and I found this difficult to read. I thought outside the Gaza Strip nothing could get much worse but seeing this happen in Scotland (or England) is beyond my comprehens­ion.

The solution to raised rates in city centres and businesses folding as a result is tax outlying businesses and online businesses more to ‘encourage’ city centre business. If you are looking for formula for fiscal madness this lot seems to have cornered the market.

Crazy, this will ensure more shops closing down than at present. Local towns are full of empty shops up for sale or rent and more charity shops than I care to count. Shoppers resort to even more online shopping.
