QA Man It is unfair that certain jobs will be exempt from this tax on workers. Is it fair that a doctor earning over 100k per year will be exempt but someone on 20k a year will have to pay? Roastin This is for local councils to implement, if they feel it necessary. It is for each individual council to do an analysis as [to how] this scheme might work in a particular city or town! So no analysis is required by the Scottish Government!
