Scunnered My dad’s part of this study as a subject with dementia, and yeah, we dumped aluminium pots and pans 30 years ago. I still expect to suffer from it myself eventually because of genes, but if there isn’t a cure for it by then then I won’t suffer long.

Why use aluminium if there’s no need – steel will do as good or better a job and they’re not that dear, you’ll get a decent saucepan for £30.
