solution is not to buy it.

So the UK is evil for leaving the EU due to Scotland’s loss of trade with the EU and also EVIL for talking to the head of the biggest economy in the world (yes, bigger than the EU) about trade deals.

The president is primarily here to commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-day and we should use this occasion to stand together, remember the dead and honour the living. As for food standards, can we not choose what we buy? Are we all so soft on the head that we can’t decide what meat we put in our shopping baskets?

Sky Go I’m surprised – so many of us go on holiday to the States, eating US produce while they are over there; but I’ve heard no one complain or not go back. Sounds like the SNP want to stir things up for political reasons.

Reality Checker Are all those people moaning about chlorine washed chicken going to stop buying bags of salad leaves, many produced in Scotland which are also washed in chlorine ?

Troo Bloo I presume the SNP want to avoid any drop in food standards to preserve the reputation of Scotland as a shining example of good health and healthy heating, not saddled with problems of obesity, lifestyle-related ill health and low life expectancy?

20 hours, bless their little cotton white socks!

The Answer

Obvously arithmetic is still not well understood even among those who profess to teach it. Perhaps Mr Swinney would like to educate us all as to the increase in costs associated with these proposals and how he would fund this (or more likely not) given the 13% pay increase.

So what happens to the pupils for the rest of the time?

Arch Stainton

You assume a class has the same teacher all week. Even in primary there is room for sports and music instruction by another person, possibly a head or deputy.
