stake.” Not so. There’s no one in Scotland who’s in any need of an MSP. The very existence of the Holyrood Assembly is probably the daftest decision the people of Scotland ever made.

Worldwide Football Fan She used one visit to avoid GERS, so that trip can be discounted.

David Thomson Why was she in Shetland on SNP business when she should have been in Edinburgh on SG GERS business? Conflicted much?

Paul Holyrood Opposition parties working to stop a nodeal Brexit have agreed tactics ahead of the return of the UK parliament next week, committing to pursue a “legislative route” as a priority before any attempt to collapse Boris Johnson’s government. Is this pack of die-hard Remainer fools really so stupid that they cannot see that it is THEY who are working in opposition to the democratic process? Or do they just not care about democracy any more (if they ever did, that is)?

Reality Demands To Be Heard An unelected English Prime Minister is trying to impose upon us a no-deal, car crash Brexit we did not vote for and do not want. It is their democratic duty to stop him from this hideous sabotage and all right-thinking people who care for this country will applaud them.

So this is what we are

PC31 now reduced to? “Rebel parliaments”?

Mad Max The Pavement Warrior These idiots don’t seem to realise that they are making it more difficult to get a deal, they are a disgrace to democracy.

Ben Palmer US president Donald Trump has warned Prime Minister Boris Johnson that he may be unable to reach a Brexit agreement with Brussels because the European Union representatives are such tough negotiators. We’re now almost halfway through Boris’s spell as PM and there’s still no sign of him achieving anything better than Theresa May achieved.

Handsome Scotsman And I said when everyone was calling for May’s head, that it would not matter who the PM was, they would have EXACTLY the same problems!

Trump and Johnson: the Odd Couple of politics.

Hog Weed The true test for Johnson is to face Parliament when it resumes.

GSC Edinburgh bus bosses have admitted that meeting their schedules during the Festival season is “impossible” after a users’ group branded this year’s congestion the “worst ever”.

So the council close more roads than ever, and now there’s increased congestion. Who’d have thought?

Infamous Clarity The congestion would have been far worse if the city hadn’t made more room for pedestrians. Basically the city’s a victim of its own popularity. As for the bus system, it cannot cope because of its outdated ticketing procedure, which leads to long queues of buses at each stop whilst passengers either pay their fare, or scan a card before the bus can move off.

Edinburgh Council are to local government as the SNP are to devolved administration. Totally incompetent.
