A dull and damp start with thick cloud cover and rain across much of the country. It will continue cloudy during the day however rain will ease and turn light and patchy during the afternoon. Mostly dry in the far north.

OUTLOOK

It will be another dull and cloudy day on Saturday with rain which will clear from southern regions but will linger elsewhere. Sunday will be dull and cloudy with showers in the east which will spread westwards at times.
