Property adviser praises efforts of 13 staff promoted in Scotland

In the Edinburgh office, Steven Hirst from the valuation and advisory services team has been promoted to senior director, while Caroline Tomczyk of lease consultancy and Alistair Wright in capital markets have been named directors. Beverley Mortimer from advisory and transactions services and Steve Holisz from building consultancy have become associate directors, while Oli Cory, also in the capital markets team, has become a senior surveyor and Adam Mcconaghy a senior planner. The Glasgow office has seen advisory and transaction services’ Alistair Urquhart and Mike Rose of the rating team named directors, with the property management team’s Lewis Sadowski moving into the role of senior surveyor. In Aberdeen, Amy Tyler is now a senior surveyor in the advisory and transaction services team. Kirsty Palmer and Susie Pierce, who work in the Edinburgh-based UK contracted accounts team as transaction managers, have been promoted to director and associate director respectively. Miller Mathieson, MD of CBRE for Scotland and Northern Ireland, said the 13 candidates “have worked extremely hard”.

Partnerships have been awarded to Elliot Brown in Dumbarton, Graeme Haywood in Edinburgh, and Chris Weir in Dalkeith, who all specialise in residential property advice and valuation. Additionally, Alastair Buchanan in Glasgow, Neil Calder in Inverness and Mark Mcqueen in Aberdeen have been adopted as partners. The new residential associates are Angus Carruthers in Montrose, Luke Doyle in Kilmarnock and Michael Mcdade in Greenock, while the new commercial associates are Steven Clarke in Edinburgh and Fraser Carson in Dumfries.
