I went to the supermarket this lunchtime, still had my healthcare uniform on and was deciding what to have for tea. Thought I’d do a pick and mix of Texmex foods... I asked for 12 mini-ribs of fire and watching the woman serve them in a bag, I noticed her putting quite more than 12 in. She sealed it, winked and said, “There you go duckie, a few more extra for you”. I felt a little emotional.

The UK will come up with the best solution and timing of things particular to the UK as part of an evolving situation. This information will be passed to the UK countries for action. Don’t blame landlords for the housing crisis, government must build more homes, said John Blackwood of the Scottish Association of Landlords.
Governments don’t build homes – private contractors do. We only need ever more homes because we are ever more over populated. Our green belts are vanishing under concrete. We’re getting to look like Hong Kong. Let’s aim at quality, not quantity, of life before it’s too late.
