Key appointments at industrial biotechnology organisation

Caroline Kewney and Russell Clarke join as senior business engagement managers and will support the wider development of IB networks through industry and academia partnerships, supporting business scale-up, assisting companies to build collaborations and helping them to access funding opportunities. The third appointment in the trio sees Debbie Mccreath take up the role of public affairs manager. Mccreath joins from the Food and Drink Federation and will lead on IBIOIC’S stakeholder engagement activities, working across skills, education and policy areas.

Hall joins from Barclays Wealth Management, where he was director of wealth planning for Scotland and Northern Ireland. During his time there he worked collaboratively to drive the division’s growth strategy, oversaw the financial planning of invested assets and developed several client retention strategies.

Already established as key members of the senior leadership team at AAB Wealth, these appointments reflect Dines, Campbell and Venerus’s contributions to not only the running of the business day-to-day but also their involvement in enhancing the firm’s service proposition and implementing the growth strategy.

After the company’s most recent acquisition, the group now employs more than 400 people and records a collective annual turnover of around £40 million.
