On Friday 21 August, chef Modou Diagne’s debut restaurant, 111 by Modou, located at 111 Cleveden Road in Glasgow’s West End, will relaunch after a brief opening pre-pandemic. This space was formerly 111 by Nico, before the eponymous chef handed the space over to his colleague and pal. Expect a seasonal five-course tasting menu, £30pp, with a matching wine flight for an additional £25pp. This experience involves guests choosing ingredients, such as black truffle or smoked mackerel for their first course, and golden peach, Perthshire strawberry or lemon for pudding. www.111bymodou.co.uk/booking
