A veteran has set off on a 933km journey to raise money for Help for Heroes.

Darren hardy ,34, will be paddle boarding 112 km from the east to west coast of Scotland, cycling 779km from Fort William to Badbury and running a marathon to Tedworth House in Salisbury to raise money.
