Meet the ancestors: Hunterian Museum prepares to welcome back visitors

-

Graham Cummings studies The Clachaig Skull at the Hunterian Museum, as the Glasgow attraction prepares to welcome back visitors for the first time since lockdown. The skull was excavated from the cairn of Clachaig Falls on Arran in 1900CE, along with the skeletons of 14 men, women, and children. The skull belonged to a young adult male who was probably a farmer in the Neolithic period.
