Until the end of September, Harvey Nichols Edinburgh’s Forth Floor Brasserie is offering their summer dining menu, which includes three courses and a cocktail for £25. Highlights include a starter of Thai fishcakes with carrot and cucumber salad, roasted peanuts and Asian dressing, a main of panfried chicken breast, peas, bacon, shallots, baby gem and white wine cream sauce with new potatoes, and a dessert of chocolate brownie served with chocolate ice cream and caramel sauce. Diners can also choose between two cocktails – an Ascenti Elderflowe­r Fizz or Botanical Summer.
