Fatality after roof collapses on house

A 47-year-old man has died after a roof collapsed into the bedroom of a house in Bradford.

Emergency services were called to the house on Knights Fold at around 5.06am yesterday and found the man inside the property, West Yorkshire Police said.

A 28-year-old woman was taken to hospital for treatment to non-life-threatening injuries and three children were unharmed.

Police said investigations are under way into the cause of the incident.
