#SARAHHARDING

Messages of support came after former Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding said she has breast cancer.

@megkinsey6 said: “My Mum had advanced BC when she was around your age and lived for another 30 years. This was when treatment wasn’t as good as it is now so you will be OK.”

@dryan2013 said: “So sorry. Read you’re having treatment for cancer. I had cancer last year and made a full recovery. Fight every day.”

@claudinecollins (of TV’S The Apprentice interviews episode) wrote: “Am thinking of you. I had breast cancer and now sit on the corporate board of CRUK trying to eradicate this awful disease. All my prayers are with you.”

@cancerhusband1 said: “Good luck with the treatment. There is a tremendous community of people going through the same as you on Twitter who will be able to provide support and hope to you and your family.”

@rema19455 said: “When first time I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1996, my first thought was for my family and my lovely 3 sons. After breast mastectomy I had another 3 surgeries and here I’m working full time and having joyful life with my family and grandchildren. Think and stay positive!”

#DALEKS

Tom Baker and David Tennant have joined forces in a double Doctor Who audio story involving the dastardly Daleks.

@WHO_EU16 said: “Great hearing these two legends together.”

@louiestowell tweeted: “Was going to say not now, 2020, but honestly, at this point if the Daleks invaded it might improve things, at least the Doctor would show up...”

@livinginternal replied: “Lol... I don’t think even the Doctor would save us at this point.”

@roidzeek added: “Yes, if they did invade we can no longer simply hide upstairs.”

@revinthenorth wrote: “Anyone who has read the ending of War of the Worlds knows this is a bad year for aliens to invade.”

@peternimmo1 replied: “At last, a Coronavirus upside!”

@dominicjgm enthused: “This was brilliant! The dynamic that the Fourth and Tenth Doctors had, along with the brilliant utilisation of the Daleks, makes it honestly one of the best multi-doctor stories in any medium IMO. Not to mention, it’s a childhood dream come true.”
