DFS sells Sofa Workshop brand

DFSh ass old its Sofa Workshop brand to UK furniture and interiors firm Timothy Oulton.

The company, which operates 20 stores across the UK and an online retail business, will be rebranded to Sofa Workshop by Timothy Oulton as par t of the move. DFS said the disposal will help to reduce costs at the group and allow it to “focus on executing the significant value creation opportunities in its core activities”.
