Doherty clinches Spurs move

Tottenham have confirmed the signing of Matt Do her ty from Premier League rivals Wolves.

The Republic of Ireland full-backh assigned af ouryear deal after Wolves accepted a bid understood to be £15 million.

Having come through the youth system at League of Ireland side Bohemians, Doherty, 28, joined Wolves in 2010 and had a loan spell at Hibernian before going on to make more than 300 appearances during his time at Molineux.
