Shelley Kerr’s Scotland side have had their return to action postponed for a further month.
Scotland Women were due to face Cyprus and Por tu - gal in European Championship qualifiers in September but the matches have been postponed until February, with exact dates still to be confirmed.
Uefa made the decision to postpone six qualifiers with several domestic leagues across Europe yet to restart amid the coronavirus crisis.
The 2020 Scottish season was declared null and void after the pandemic halted action following one round of the Scottish Building Society Scottish Women’ s Premier League.
The season will revert to a winter league and the top three tiers of the women’s game will start on 18 October.
Scotland are now due to return to action on 23 October against Albania at Tynecastle before travelling to Finland four days later. They take on Portugal away and Finland at home a month later.
Kerr said in a statement: “We accept Uefa’s decision to postpone our matches in September, which allows our players added preparation time for the games in October.
“With the majority of our players yet to have fully resumed their club season, postponing the games will aid us in our qualification hopes and we look forward to resuming our qualifying campaign in October.”
