Fair play: Retail co-operative Scotmid praised once again for tax transparency
Scottish convenience retailer and co-operative Scotmid has been awarded the Fair Tax Mark for the fifth consecutive year, in recognition of its continued transparency and commitment to paying taxes. It is one of only three organisations headquartered in Scotland that has achieved the mark. John Brodie, Scotmid chief executive – pictured left, with financial controller Gavin Robertson, right – said: “We are immensely proud of achieving this mark once again. As a co-operative, we take great pride in the contribution we make to those communities we serve.”
