Second man charged over fatal shooting

A second man has appeared in court charged with murder in connection with a fatal shooting in a South Lanarkshire town.

Police said Graham Williamson 26, was in a back garden in Caithness Street, Blantyre, when he was shot on 17 August. He died a short time later.

James Bail lie ,24, of Hamilton, appeared at the town’s sheriff court yesterday charged with murder and attempting to defeat the ends of justice.

It comes after Derek Felvus, 23, of Hamilton, pre - viously appeared charged with murder.
