Family tribute to crash motorcyclist

The family of a motorcyclist killed in a road crash have said they take comfort from how much she meant to the biking community.

Shirley- Ann Barnes, 57, from Kilmarnock, was involved in the incident on Pirnhall Stirling Services roundabout at about 4.45pm on Sunday. She was taken to hospital but died on Thursday.

In a statement, her family said: “We have so much hurt in our hearts, but at this sad time we find comfort in how much Shirley- Ann meant to so many.”
