It’s all in the name

How pleased I was to see the photo (Friday 4th S ept) of a rosemary beetle in a Musselburgh garden. I have many of these beetles in my tiny patio garden in Edinburgh. I was so intrigued that I Googled to find out what they are. They are one of the 17th most beautiful beetles found in the UK.

Just last Sunday I showed some of these beetles to my grandchildren and they were fascinated and had to go and see them on my plants.

Extra interest for us is that I share the beetles’ name!
