Master at work: Van Gogh Alive exhibition to bring new life to famous artworks
Copies of paintings are displayed on the floor and walls during a media preview of the Van Gogh Alive exhibition in Sydney. The exhibition is being promoted as “the world’s most acclaimed and visited multisensor y Covid-aware experience celebrating one of the most feted artists of all time”.
As many as 40 high- definition projectors display over 3,000 images in a Covid-aware environment for viewing the multisensory exhibition. The works – including iconic tableau, The Starr y Night – are accompanied by a musical score and light projections to give people the sense of walking into his paintings.
